We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the App, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, or otherwise when you contact us. This includes Email Addresses, Display Names, and Task Schedules.
We use the information we collect or receive to facilitate account creation, log-in processes, and to manage your daily routine tracking schedules. We utilize Firebase Authentication and Firestore to sync your data securely across your devices.
We retain your personal data, including task schedules and logs, for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the DayTrack services. If you choose to delete your account, your data will be permanently removed from our active cloud servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. You can view our full deletion instructions and submit a request by visiting the Delete Account section on this page. Alternatively, you can email our support team directly at farhanappdev@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

At AppXplora Tech, we respect your data privacy. If you no longer wish to use DayTrack and want to permanently delete your account and all associated data (including Task Schedules and Display Names synced via Firestore), you can request data deletion.
